As an experienced Sales Account Specialist, you will provide timely, accurate, solution‑oriented legal support across a wide portfolio of commercial and contractual matters.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with our partners and driving performance improvements across the Bolt Business organisation and beyond.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with existing small and medium companies and proactively identify further new business opportunities while ensuring strong operational KPIs.
• Observe market specific behaviour to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement and growth
• Creating account plans to grow volumes from existing clients
• Replying to client queries and solving their challenges
• Proactive sales of Bolt for Business solutions to the small/mid size business space
• Managing your own sales pipeline, including processing leads, prospecting, planning meetings, closing deals, and tracking all touchpoints in the Customer Relation

About you

• 2-3 years of experience in account management, business consultancy, business development
• Excellent communication & written skills in English and in Hungarian
• True multitasker, able to manage multiple workloads, projects and priorities
• Ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making
• A self starter, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities
• You have a track record in successfully generating and managing sales leads, onboarding clients, and managing accounts for mid/large businesses
