Yes. Building a profile, browsing, swiping, applying and tracking your applications are free, always. Barista’s AI features (drafted answers, cover letters, CV reads) are paid from credit you buy once, which never expires, and every account gets its first AI answers free.
What is Barista?
Barista is Guap’s browser extension. It fills job application forms on any careers site from the profile you already built, including radio groups, checkboxes and custom dropdowns, drafts the open questions in your own words, and records each application so you can track what happens next.
How is Guap different from LinkedIn or Indeed?
Guap is built only for first jobs and early careers. Employers verify their company email before they can post, roles from company careers sites are closed once the company takes them down, and applications are tracked in one calm calendar rather than scattered across inboxes.
What is a ghost job?
A ghost job is a listing for a role that is not really open: kept up to collect CVs, to look like the company is growing, or simply forgotten. Guap rechecks the roles it lists from company careers sites and closes each one once it comes down, and employers verify their company email before they can post on Guap.
Can I use Guap from an AI assistant?
Yes, from Claude or ChatGPT. Guap’s MCP server lets your AI search roles, read your profile and draft applications in conversation, and nothing is sent until you approve it in Guap. It is open to First Sip ambassadors for now. The steps for each AI are at guap.work/mcp.
How much does Guap cost for employers?
Basic is €49 a month for 3 active postings, and Pro is €149 a month for 25 postings and up to 5 team seats. Custom is priced for volume hiring. Annual billing gives two months free.
