Free: a profile that counts internships, projects and volunteering, a feed of jobs and internships, applying, and tracking every application. Barista’s AI drafts are paid from credit bought once, which never expires.
Businesses hiring them
Paid plans, from €49 a month: post roles, import them from your job board, review applicants, schedule interviews and message candidates as a team.
Universities and career centres
A partnership rather than a plan: an institution verifies itself with its university email and tells us what its students need.

Guap was started in Romania in 2026 and serves job seekers, employers and universities across Europe. The site, the app and Barista are in English.
How jobs get on Guap
Posted by a verified employer
Before a business can post on Guap it confirms a six-digit code sent to its company email address, and posting needs a Basic or Pro plan.
Listed from company careers sites
Guap also lists roles from companies’ own careers sites. It checks those roles again and closes each one once the company takes it down. A role shows its salary when the employer or the posting gives one.
How Barista works

It fills the form, you press submit
Barista fills job application forms on any careers site from your Guap profile, including radio groups, checkboxes and custom dropdowns, with code written for Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and Workable forms. You check what it filled and send the application yourself.
It drafts what a profile cannot answer
Open questions and cover letters are drafted in your own words against the posting, paid per draft from prepaid credit.
It keeps the record
Every application it fills is saved as a dated stage, with interview reminders, so you can see what has gone quiet.
