What is free, and what is paid
Making a business account, verifying it and looking round your dashboard cost nothing. Posting a job needs a Basic or Pro plan, and there is no trial period.
How it works
Make a business account
Sign up as a business with your work email and your name. Candidates see your name when you message them. Making the account costs nothing.
Verify your company email
Enter your company’s name and email, then the six-digit code we send there. The code lasts 15 minutes. You can add your company’s website too.
Pick a plan when you are ready to post
Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly, paid by card through Stripe. You can look round your dashboard first and choose later, and change or cancel the plan at any time.
Post a role, or import your board
Write a posting with its pay, or import your open roles from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or a careers page that publishes its jobs as structured data. Imported roles arrive as drafts for you to check before they go live.
Meet your applicants
Each application lands in your inbox with the candidate’s CV. Move people through your stages, book interviews (the candidate gets the invite by email, and you get a reminder before it starts), and message candidates from one inbox your team shares.

Where your jobs sit
Your postings appear beside roles Guap lists from company careers sites, under your verified business.
Posted by a verified employer
Before a business can post on Guap it confirms a six-digit code sent to its company email address, and posting needs a Basic or Pro plan.
Listed from company careers sites
Guap also lists roles from companies’ own careers sites. It checks those roles again and closes each one once the company takes it down. A role shows its salary when the employer or the posting gives one.

Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate the difference automatically.
Do I need a paid plan to post jobs?
Yes. Verify your business with a code sent to your company email, then pick Basic or Pro, monthly or annual, and pay by card through Stripe. You can change or cancel the plan at any time.
What does annual billing save me?
Annual billing costs less per month than paying monthly. You'll see the annual rate the moment you flip the toggle above.
Is Guap free for job seekers?
Browsing, swiping and applying are free, forever. Barista’s AI is paid per use from credit bought once, and every account starts with free answers.
What's the MCP server access?
A connector (an MCP server) that lets your team search candidates and manage pipelines from your AI assistant is in development for Custom plans. Today Guap connects to Claude for job seekers; tell us if you want it for hiring.
