What does it cost?
Nothing. No card, no trial that turns into a bill. You give us an email and some honest feedback, we give you the perks.
Is the rewards pool cash?
No. It's the total of the credits we give First Sip ambassadors, the welcome credit and the monthly bonus, shared across everyone in the program. Credits pay for Guap and Barista actions. They can't be withdrawn or swapped for money.
Do I need a Guap account first?
No. Join with your email now. The perks wait for a Guap account with that address and land once its email is verified. Signing in with Google counts as verified.
What happens when the slots run out?
You go on a waitlist for the next round. When we open more slots, the waitlist moves in oldest first, so the earlier you join, the sooner you're in.
Why are some slots gone before anyone joins?
We hold a few back for people we invite ourselves, like creators and early partners. The ones we don't use go to the waitlist first.
Can I lose the First Sip tag?
No. It's yours for life, slot number and all.
Do I have to be featured in your videos and posts?
No. It's an opt-in tickbox, off unless you tick it. Change your mind any time and we'll stop.
Will you spam me?
No. You get your code, a welcome note, and a heads-up if a new round moves you off the waitlist. That's it.
