About the role
What you´ll do
- Own and maintain the site QMS in alignment with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001; IATF 16949/ISO 27001/ AS9100, etc. as applicable).
- Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and improved across functions, including internal audit, management review, continuous improvement, etc.
- Responsible for customer and 3rd-party audit, coordinating with related functions in Henkel and follow up for findings correction.
- Owner of implementation of CtQ (Critical to Quality standards) in site, focus on global standard transfer in site production line.
- Manage site document control processes in HIMDOC system, from creation to regular review.
- Responsible for site quality culture establish, regularly workshops for production operators and yearly organization of quality month and World quality days.
- Manage the quality training system: training matrix, onboarding, refresher training, and competency evaluation.
- Other works assigned by site quality manager.
