About the role
What you´ll do
- Maintain and continuously improve the site QMS in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001; IATF 16949/ISO 27001/ISCC/QC080000 etc.).
- Manage document control, change management, and quality system records.
- Coordinate management reviews, quality training, and competency programs.
- Lead internal audits, external audits and customer audits.
- Drive closure of audit findings, corrective actions, and system improvements.
- Monitor quality performance, support risk management and promote quality awareness across the organization.
- Promote a culture of quality ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization through training, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
