Deine Aufgaben

• Du hast Lust auf Abwechslung? Dann bist Du in unseren HR-Bereich bestens aufgehoben: Mit organisatorischem Geschick und Hands-on-Mentalität unterstützt Du uns beim Pre-Screening von Bewerbungen sowie der Korrespondenz mit Bewerber*innen und unseren Fachbereichen.
• Du lernst die komplette Aufgabenpalette kennen: vom Recruiting übers Onboarding bis hin zur individuellen Betreuung unserer Young Talents während ihrer gesamten Ausbildungszeit.
• Weiter hilfst Du uns dabei, Veranstaltungen zu planen und bist bei unseren Inhouse Events und Jobmessen auch vor Ort voll eingebunden.
• Und bekommen wir telefonische oder schriftliche Anfragen, steigst Du auch hier mit ein.
• Zusammen sind wir für alle Belange im Bereich HR Young Talents die erste Anlaufstelle – nicht nur für Bewerber*innen, sondern auch für Führungskräfte.

Dein Profil

• Immatrikuliert im Bachelor / Master Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -psychologie o. Ä. oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor- und Master-Studium
• Fit in MS Office (insb. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Eigenständige, konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise sowie Serviceorientierung und Organisationstalent
• Willen, die Welt von morgen mitzugestalten
• Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Verfügbar ab Februar 2027 für 6 Monate (bitte gib den genauen Zeitraum inkl. Startdatum im Anschreiben an)
