About the role
About this Position What you´ll do
- Support the execution of key Global Commercial Transformation initiatives across Henkel Consumer Brands such as Image Recognition, CRM
- Drive independent projects focused on commercial excellence, sales productivity and AI-enabled ways of working
- Develop presentations, playbooks, training materials and communication assets for global deployment
- Coordinate inputs across Sales, Commercial Excellence, IT, Data & Analytics, regional teams, countries and external solution partners
- Support leadership workshops, capability-building programs and global community events
- Contribute to the adoption and scaling of innovative tools, processes and transformation programs across markets
- Build project management and strategic problem-solving skills through exposure to senior stakeholders
