We’re looking for a customer-focused Driver Engagement Center Specialist to join our DEC Support team in Bangkok. In this position, you’ll support current and prospective drivers in person, assist with onboarding and document verification, and resolve their queries while helping ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and a great driver experience. Please note that the DEC Center is located in Taling Chan, Bangkok (near Borommaratchachonnani Road)

About the role

DEC Specialists provide in-person support to current and prospective drivers at our Walk-In and Driver Engagement Centers. They manage driver queues, verify documentation, and resolve inquiries and live cases directly on-site. Their work plays an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting driver growth, satisfaction, and compliance.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and guidance on services and products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Onboarding new drivers, and managing, organizing, verifying, and auditing driver and vehicle documentation.
• Resolving driver issues and queries in person and via email.
• Supporting local operations teams in initiatives aimed at increasing supply and ensuring compliance.
• Engaging with driver communities through various channels.
• Sharing insights with the Local Operations Specialist and Customer Support Team.

About you

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in customer service walk-in centers.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues while remaining calm and focused under pressure.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to quickly identify problems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with computer tools and a high level of trustworthiness.
