About the role

Slovakia is a growing market for Bolt Business — and this is the moment to build something real.

We’re not looking for someone to maintain — we’re looking for someone to accelerate. As Sales Team Lead, you’ll own the growth of our B2B segment: building and scaling a high-performing team, closing strategic accounts, and setting the pace for how we win.

You’ll have genuine autonomy, a team to develop, and the backing of one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies behind you. This isn’t a role where you inherit a playbook and follow it. You’ll write it.

This is a full-time, permanent position. About compensation, the annual gross salary for this role sits between €30,000 and €46,000, depending on your experience and expertise. There’s more to the package beyond the base — we’ll walk you through everything in our first conversation.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers — setting the bar, coaching performance, and making sure everyone hits their targets.
• Own the biggest deals. You’ll personally lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 negotiations, showing the team what great looks like in practice.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of high-value accounts — the kind of partnerships that move the needle for Bolt Business in this market.
• Be the voice of the market. You’ll work closely with product and cross-functional teams, bringing the voice of the market directly to our Product and internal teams.

About you

• 3+ years in fast-paced B2B sales, with at least 1 year leading a sales team.
• A track record of hitting ambitious targets — consistently, not occasionally.
• Experience closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals, ideally selling services into SME and enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and performance manage a team.
• Fluent in Slovak and English, with strong relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — you turn strategy into execution without needing a perfect playbook.
• A hands-on leader who closes deals yourself and lifts the team to do the same.
• Strong commercial instincts and deep understanding of B2B sales.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field ('plus').
