Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Level: L5B Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time Reports To: Talent Acquisition Leader Location: Gurgaon (Primary) / Bangalore (Secondary) Role Purpose The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment activity for their designated international market. The role partners closely with hiring managers and our Employer Brand team to attract, assess, and hire diverse, high-quality talent aligned to Diageo’s Growth Ambition. The role of being a strategic talent partner brings Diageo’s employer brand and employee value proposition to life through excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences, ensuring consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes while operating at pace in a complex, global environment.
