About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training to cultivate a customer-centric mindset and enhance BAs’ selling skills.
- Review, translate and localize the training materials to align with local market needs.
- Maintain / Update training material for BA Sales and service based on the information given by head office & regional office.
- Deliver high-quality training that aligns with brand image and standards.
- Integrate the result of followings into training and coaching solutions: Customer satisfaction survey, Mystery shopper program
