Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Full Stack Developer (f/m) to join our Tools4Dev Team within Software Engineering Governance (SEG) in Toulouse.

You will enable developers across the organization to meet the highest standards by delivering cutting-edge software tools and AI coding assistants.

Your challenges

• Lead and mentor the software development team within a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Architect, design, and build complex software systems following best architectural standards.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from technical requirements to deployment and support.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure high quality and maintainability, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, AI coding assistant adoption, and strategic technical roadmaps.

Your boarding pass

• Baackground in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in TypeScript, Python, software architecture patterns, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency leveraging AI coding assistants and building Model Context Protocols (MCPs), hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
