Your responsibilities will include one or more of the following subjects, depending on your personal interests:

• Validation Automation & Test DevelopmentDevelop and debug applications for post-silicon validationDevelop automated validation sequences using NI TestStandSupport validation engineers in implementing and improving automated test sequencesSupport and enhance validation automation setups
• Python & Measurement AutomationDevelop Python applications and automation scriptsDevelop Python-based device drivers for laboratory and benchtop instrumentsAutomate measurement and instrumentation workflowsPost-process, analyze, and visualize measurement data
• Validation Tools & InfrastructureContribute to the development of the Validation Learning PlatformResearch and prototype next-generation Device Under Test (DUT) communication solutionsImprove tools and workflows used by validation engineers
• Software Engineering & DevOpsDevelop software using Git-based source controlSupport automated build, test, and deployment workflows using Jenkins CI/CDContainerize validation applications and development environmentsApply modern software engineering practices to validation tooling
• Hardware DevelopmentDesign and develop PCBs using Altium DesignerSupport hardware and interface solutions required for automated validation setups

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Electronics and Computer Engineering
• Knowledge of electrical lab measurements basics
• Integrative personality and team player
• Solution oriented, self-driven and proactive attitude
• Excited to learn new tools
• Solid German and English skills (conversation and writing)
• Valid work authorization required

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.300- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
