Head of Bankhall & Client Servicing

As Head of Bankhall & Client Servicing, you will lead the servicing function that supports Citi's wealth clients across the full spectrum, from affluent individuals to ultra-high net worth families and family offices. You will shape strategy, build reliable end-to-end processes and oversee a network of client servicing teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. This is a senior leadership opportunity to influence how Citi's wealth business, spanning Citigold, Citi Private and Wealth at Work, serves its clients every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client servicing function across Citi's wealth businesses and set the strategy and business plans that guide its direction.
• Build reliable, predictable processes with key stakeholders that shorten turnaround times and lift client satisfaction.
• Align capabilities across business lines to capture synergies and resolve conflicts when setting shared standards.
• Identify opportunities to apply servicing capabilities consistently across Citigold, Citi Private and Wealth at Work.
• Act as the senior subject matter expert on client servicing functionality, process and business performance.
• Oversee client servicing delivery through subordinate managers, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and fast issue resolution across the network.
• Coordinate with the Global team and Regional Heads to communicate change and track progress through implementation.
• Partner with regional management teams to build organizational plans, budgets and financial controls that meet strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 15+ years of management experience in banking, with a track record of taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple teams through other managers, including performance management, hiring and budget ownership.
• Cross-border project or business management experience.
• Ability to rapidly identify key priorities, communicate them clearly and align resources accordingly.
• Strong communication skills to negotiate internally at a senior level and, where needed, externally.
• Working knowledge of industry trends and competitor products and services in client servicing.
• Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is a plus.
