Togheter, let's create magic by making dreams come true

At Disneyland Paris, our Operations teams are at the heart of the experience we create for Guests from around the world. Every day, they help deliver quality service and bring magic to life. Joining us means growing in an inclusive environment where everyone can express their talent and build a career path that reflects who you are.✨

Make every interaction a unique moment for our guests and join us as a Guest Researcher.

Your environment

Within the Consumer Insight department, the Guest Experience division operates as an in-house research institute, specializing in collecting and analyzing feedback from our visitors.

Comprising a team of 15 Cast Members — including 10 field surveyors and supervisors, as well as a dedicated research team — its mission is to amplify the voice of our Guests and integrate it into strategic and operational decisions, with the goal of exceeding their expectations and continuously enhancing their experience at Disneyland Paris.

The standard working schedule is primarily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. However, occasional operational needs may require availability until 11:00 p.m. Weekend availability is also required.

Your Contribution

  • Conduct surveys and interviews with visitors in the Parks, Disney Hotels, Disney Village, and other key areas.
  • Present, explain, and administer questionnaires in multiple languages (French, English, and Dutch).
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data by following established procedures and standards.
  • Create positive and engaging interactions with visitors, reflecting Disney’s values.
  • Adapt your communication style and approach according to the visitor profile (e.g., families, international tourists, repeat visitors).
  • Enter and verify collected data using dedicated digital tools.
  • Report relevant field observations (expectations, feedback, and areas for improvement) to the research team.
  • Support the implementation of new survey protocols as needed.

Your strengths

  • You enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable engaging with visitors of all nationalities in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence; approaching visitors does not intimidate you.
  • You are self-motivated, curious, and enjoy fieldwork, which involves extensive walking throughout the parks as well as prolonged periods of standing.
  • You remain calm, professional, and positive in a fast-paced environment, including during peak attendance periods.
  • You share the values of Disneyland Paris.
  • You are fluent in French, English, and Dutch, with a minimum proficiency level of C1 in all three languages.
