ポジション概要

電力インフラを支えるケーブルアクセサリー製品のアプリケーションエンジニアとして、製品改良、新用途開発、技術サポート、顧客導入支援を担当いただきます。

ケーブルアクセサリーは、電力ケーブルの接続や端末処理に使用される、安定した電力供給に欠かせない製品です。

本ポジションでは、顧客や市場の声を起点に、3Mの多様な技術を活かしながら、製品の進化と新たな価値創出に取り組みます。

主な業務内容

• 顧客・ビジネスチームの要望に基づく製品改良、新用途開発
• 競合製品の分析および自社製品の強み・改善点の把握
• 顧客課題や市場ニーズを踏まえた技術提案
• ビジネスチームへの技術サポート
• 顧客立ち会い試験や製品試験を通じた製品導入支援
• 顧客・社内メンバー向けの製品トレーニングおよび技術情報発信
• eツール開発（Web, 動画等)と、その活用することにより、効率的な製品紹介、トレーニングを実施

必須条件

• 4年制大学卒業以上
• 技術系、特に電気工学もしくは機械工学専攻

歓迎条件

• 電気工事士または電気主任技術者の資格
• 電力会社、電気工事会社、ケーブルメーカーなどでの勤務経験
• 英語力、または英語を使った業務に前向きに取り組める方
