If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.What you will do As Director Digital Experience, you will play a pivotal role in defining how technology enables Volvo Financial Services to operate as a modern, scaled, and customer centric sales and marketing organization. You will be responsible for shaping the digital engagement strategy, and related roadmap, that allows the business to operate as a single global system, personalize at scale, and adapt faster than market and consumer shifts. This is not an IT role, it is a marketing leadership role that sits at the center of global marketing. You will partner closely with IT but own the sales & marketing vision for enabling sales, customer relationships and marketing automation. • Own the digital experience vision, roadmap, and prioritization using a project management approach o Define and drive the global strategy aligned to business goals o Translate company objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap across functions o Lead development of business cases and associated investments for initiatives

• Lead a team to analyze, design and optimize business processes specifically related to customer interactions and dealer engagement to improve digital experience and overall business performance.
• Partner with D&IT to develop resource plans for roadmap initiatives and develop predictable deliverable dates
• Work with D&IT to execute against the roadmap while maintaining business ownership of priorities
• Establish ways of working that promote continuous learning, fast feedback cycles and scalable delivery, allowing the business to adapt quickly while reusing proven approaches.
• Represent VFS in Volvo Group forums and Business Area strategic initiatives to build integrated, seamless and intuitive experiences for dealers and customers
• Liaise with business leads in local markets to ensure their needs are met and in line with strategic objectives, ensuring adoption and effective utilization across markets
• Structure the digital experience ways of working by establishing strong governance frameworks and communication strategies – establish best practices, standards and processes for digital experience
• Prepare and present reports on the digital experience team’s progress and performance to senior leaders
• Contribute through active and directional ways to our overall ambition to become a true customer company

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives at a global scale.
• Ability to translate business strategy and goals into technology roadmaps.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in digital ecosystems including CDPs, CRM, CMS, DAM, data platforms and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the technology or digital services industry.
• Transport and/or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
