Digital Cloud Solution Architect

Lead pilots and proofs of concept: Develop and deliver POCs, demonstrations, and architecture design sessions that prove technical capabilities and business value and help customers move toward production deployments. Resolve technical blockers: Identify, troubleshoot, escalate, and help resolve technical challenges that may prevent or delay customer implementation and adoption. Engage technical decision makers: Build trusted relationships with customer technical leaders by understanding their business priorities, technology environments, modernization strategies, and industry context. Provide technical leadership: Maintain strong technical readiness, share architecture best practices, mentor peers, and contribute technical insights to internal and external communities. Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in written and verbal business environments. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technical architect, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations and management of technology. Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred, particularly for supporting and engaging with Portuguese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
