Manages a small boutique or supports and/or represents the manager of a large boutique in all day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations of a small boutique, merchandising decisions, counter layout and appearance, staffing, scheduling, and team organisation or supports coordination of day-to-day operations in a large boutique.
- Trains and coaches talent in the boutique, assisting with the teams personal and professional growth.
- Ensures high image standards in the boutique at all time, reinforcing the Chanel Difference on the boutique floor.
Desirable experience
