Your role and work environment

At ING, we are looking for a Senior Business Process Expert to join our COO Products Tribe and help shape the future of Business Banking (BUBA).

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, delivering and continuously improving customer journeys, operational processes and capabilities that enable Business Banking customers to interact with ING in a simple, efficient and compliant way.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with Business, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to transform ideas into scalable solutions that create value for customers and the organization.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Business Process Expert, you will

• Drive the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of Business Banking customer journeys and operational processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, working closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support solution design, testing activities and implementation to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new capabilities.
• Take an end-to-end view of customer and operational processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, optimize and automate.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, measure performance and support decision-making.
• Design and monitor operational and customer-centric KPIs to ensure sustainable service performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that maximize customer value and operational efficiency.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on customer needs, operational challenges and strategic objectives.
• Ensure products, services and processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk standards.
• Actively contribute to the tribe's transformation agenda, challenging the status quo and driving innovation.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation initiatives, process improvement, customer journey design, product delivery or complex project environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented profile.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and influence without hierarchical authority.
• Experience working in Agile organizations and delivery environments.
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in banking, operations or Business Banking environments will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of reporting and analytical tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Excel or similar) is a plus.
• Technical understanding sufficient to effectively collaborate with engineering teams is desirable.

En ING buscamos un/a Senior Business Process Expert para unirse a nuestra COO Products Tribe y ayudar a dar forma al futuro de Business Banking (BUBA).

En este puesto, serás responsable de definir, entregar y mejorar de forma continua los customer journeys, los procesos operativos y las capacidades que permiten a las personas clientes de Business Banking interactuar con ING de una manera sencilla, eficiente y conforme a la normativa.

Trabajarás en un entorno multidisciplinar, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de Negocio, Operaciones, IT, Riesgos, Compliance y Legal para transformar ideas en soluciones escalables que generen valor para las personas clientes y para la organización.

Tus principales responsabilidades

Como Senior Business Process Expert, tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades:

• Impulsar la definición, implementación y mejora continua de los customer journeys y procesos operativos de Business Banking.
• Traducir las necesidades de negocio en requisitos funcionales claros, trabajando estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo durante todo el ciclo de entrega.
• Dar soporte al diseño de soluciones, a las actividades de testing y a la implementación para garantizar una entrega exitosa y la adopción de nuevas capacidades.
• Adoptar una visión end-to-end de los procesos de cliente y operativos, identificando oportunidades para simplificar, optimizar y automatizar.
• Utilizar datos e insights para identificar tendencias, medir el rendimiento y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Diseñar y supervisar KPIs operativos y centrados en cliente para garantizar un rendimiento sostenible del servicio.
• Colaborar con los equipos de Operaciones, Producto, Tecnología y stakeholders externos para ofrecer soluciones que maximicen el valor para la clientela y la eficiencia operativa.
• Identificar y priorizar oportunidades de mejora basadas en las necesidades de cliente, los retos operativos y los objetivos estratégicos.
• Garantizar que los productos, servicios y procesos cumplan con las políticas internas, los requisitos regulatorios y los estándares de riesgo.
• Contribuir activamente a la agenda de transformación de la tribe, cuestionando el status quo e impulsando la innovación.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Titulación universitaria de Grado o Máster.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en iniciativas de transformación, mejora de procesos, diseño de customer journeys, entrega de productos o entornos de proyectos complejos.
• Sólida capacidad analítica y habilidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
• Perfil orientado a cliente, proactivo y enfocado a resultados.
• Excelentes habilidades de gestión de stakeholders y comunicación.
• Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares e influir sin autoridad jerárquica.
• Experiencia trabajando en organizaciones Agile y entornos de entrega.
• Gran capacidad de priorización y resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples iniciativas simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico y exigente.
• Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en banca, operaciones o entornos de Business Banking.
• El conocimiento de herramientas de reporting y analítica (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Excel o similares) será un plus.
• Es deseable contar con conocimientos técnicos suficientes para colaborar eficazmente con equipos de ingeniería.
